This pivotal role involves leading and managing all corporate-wide information services, including computer and network hardware, software applications, and data management systems. As the Director of IT, you will play a crucial role in strategic planning, cybersecurity oversight, budget management, and staff development to support our company's business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage corporate-wide information services.
Oversee computer and network hardware, software applications, and data management systems.
Drive strategic planning and cybersecurity initiatives.
Manage budgets and develop staff to support business objectives.
Qualifications:
7-10 years of professional experience in the applications and systems development space.
5+ years of experience managing technical teams.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering.
Formal team management experience, as you will lead a team of 8 software engineers.
Experience with Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC).
Strong understanding of the software development life cycle.
Experience with APIs.
This role will be hybrid.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $119000.00 - $178000.00/yr.
Full time benefits with eligibility for an additional 20% in bonuses.
This role with also be afforded holiday and vacation pay. PTO will be negotiable.
Workplace Type
This is a hybrid position in Fort Atkinson,WI.
