A. Credentials
Appropriate administrator license authorizing service as an administrator/supervisor
B. Education and experience
1. Master's degree required
2. Previous administrator experience is required
3. Special education experience preferred

- Supports school and teacher level implementation of Alpine District's Vision for Learning for students with IEP services.
- Ensures adherence to Special Education rules and laws across PK-12 schools.
- Oversees the Special Education department and budget, collaborating with Business Services to allocate funds effectively.
- Supervises Special Education Area Directors PK-12 and related service providers.
- Synthesizes and communicates updates from USBE Special Education meetings and reports to the Executive Director of Teaching and Learning.
