This is a high-visibility role that requires exceptional business acumen, operational rigor, and the ability to work across complex stakeholder groups to ensure alignment and execution at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Program Leadership
Drive the planning and execution of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that align with company priorities and growth targets.
Establish and manage program governance, KPIs, and operating cadences that drive accountability and transparency across departments including Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Operations.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to improve efficiency and velocity.
Ensure strategic initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.

Executive Team Coordination
Act as a right hand to the CEO in managing and optimizing the effectiveness of the executive leadership team.
Own the agenda and logistics for executive meetings, offsites, and strategic planning sessions.

Manage all aspects of board operations, including calendar planning, meeting preparation, materials development, and post-meeting follow-up.
Partner closely with the CEO and CFO to produce clear, data-driven board materials that reflect performance, milestones, and forward-looking strategy.
Serve as the point of coordination for Thoma Bravo, supporting ongoing communications, reporting, and special projects.

Qualifications
8-12 years of experience in strategic operations, enterprise program management, corporate development, or management consulting within the B2B SaaS or enterprise tech industry.
Experience working closely with executive teams, boards of directors, and private equity sponsors - ideally in a high-growth, PE-backed environment.
Strong understanding of enterprise software business models, GTM motions, and operational metrics.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and urgency.
Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

What We Offer
A front-row seat to strategic decision-making at a growing enterprise SaaS company backed by Thoma Bravo.
