Reporting to the Vice President of Supply Chain and "teamed" with a Director of Supply Planning and Director of Demand Planning, this role will have supply, service, and fill rate responsibility.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Oversee the integrated processes, systems and tools supporting the Supply Chain, lead S&OE & Mission Control processes. Mitigate and solve escalated issues to debottleneck supply chain operations.
- Architecture and Strategy: Create and implement supply chain data strategies that support business goals, ensure data availability, and uphold data quality through governance policies.
- Drive and develop the architecture and operations of supply chain data and analytics team within supply chain business unit - identifying business needs, developing technology strategy, reviewing designs, and managing the delivery of data and support supply chain solutions.
- Supports all supply chain systems (SAP-APO, Demand Planning Systems) in developing best-in-class supply chain management.
- Orchestrate E2E systems and tools management, incl. solution management, dashboard development and data processing.
- Collaborates and drives with the supply chain team to deliver objectives for fill rate, inventory value, inventory turns, and customer service process. Partners with team in the development and execution of specific short- and long-term plans including financial impacts of supply plans.
- Develop and implement monitoring and reporting on cross functional KPIs to ensure effective S&OP / SIOP process and closely collaborate with Finance to ensure analytics-based inventory targets are balanced against company goals.
- Ensures the accurate operationalization of demand plans to supply and distribution plans seamlessly. Executes strategies and activities such as managing inventory controls.
- Partners with Sales to manage excess and shortages of inventory and continuous improvement.
- Supports product availability across the enterprise and provides input to Supply Chain group in developing integrated sourcing and inventory tactics on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs.
- Identifies and develop customer-focused processes which ensure the integration of technological and commercial considerations in the process.
- Collaborates on inventory optimization at network level, at hubs, and at all distribution centers.
- Facilitates the implementation of best-in-class inventory management processes.
- Supports and/or lead department in the continuous improvement initiative across the company.

- Ten (+) years performing in a similar management position with experience in supply planning, inventory management, supply chain, and customer service.
- Solid understanding of inventory policies and management strategies.
- Demonstrated experience with sophisticated MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP experience ideal, Blue Yonder / JDA, Other) and good understanding of latest software solutions, providers and database systems.
- Familiar with statistical safety stock methodologies and software to manage and calculate (Inventory Management Pro - IM Pro, other)
- Ability to independently identify and resolve problems or take advantage of opportunities.
- Develop, measure, and track KPI's for success and share insights with cross functional teams and lead monthly Supply Review. Leader should further culture obsessed with these KPI's and recommend the necessary levers to improve the business.
- Support the growth through data analysis and insights and execute a data driven approach for supply planning, purchasing, sales, and operations.
- Drives supply improvement initiatives aimed at alleviating demand/supply imbalances, eliminating system waste, and improving overall 'order to cash' efficiency.
- Strong data interpretation and communication skills (e.g., effectively and efficiently conveying key messages, etc.
- Demonstrated experience managing, directing, & developing individuals to drive improvement and meet business objectives.

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills - Excel, PowerPoint, Word and capable of using data mining tools (SAP Business Objects, SQL, Alteryx, Snowflake).
- High proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, JDE, Blue Yonder/JDA), advanced planning & scheduling tools, master data governance, and business management tools (SQL reporting, Power BI, or other)
- Strong competency in reporting systems such as Tableau, PowerBI, SQL Reporting services, SAP Business Objects.
