Director of Talent Aquisition

A Nonprofit Organization based in Manhattan is hiring a Director of Talent Acquisition to oversee the recruitment team. The ideal candidate has previous management experience, a background working in various recruitment roles, and has a strong understanding of Greenhouse or other ATS systems.

Requirements:

• 3+ years as a direct people manager/leader
• Relationship management experience - working with hiring managers and managing recruitment strategy
• Internal recruitment experience: previous experience working on a variety of roles
• Strong preference for Greenhouse proficiency (reporting, processes, etc.)

Preferred Skills:

• Education/charter/nonprofit experience
• Private equity recruitment experience

Compensation: $110,000-$130,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
