Job Duties Talent Acquisition & Development

• Drive full-cycle recruitment for financial advisors and specialized roles
• Build and nurture relationships with community organizations, educational institutions, and internal stakeholders
• Lead innovative recruitment marketing strategies and manage talent pipeline
• Oversee specialized development programs for college recruits and young professionals
• Guide candidates through comprehensive selection, onboarding, and training processes

Strategic Leadership

• Partner with executive team to develop and implement recruitment strategies
• Analyze and report on recruitment metrics and program effectiveness
• Lead process improvements and innovation in talent acquisition
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders and community partners
• Oversee candidate database management and reporting systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years equivalent work experience
• 5+ years progressive experience in sales, recruiting, or related field
• Financial services industry experience preferred
• Proven track record in relationship building and lead generation
• Experience with modern sourcing platforms and recruitment techniques
