About the Role
The Director of Technology Innovation & Data is responsible for delivering the Information Systems & Technology vision, strategy, and execution for our resort. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams, managing diverse vendors and systems, and implementing innovative technology solutions. Prior experience in hospitality technology is highly desirable.

What You Will Do
- Ensure critical systems-including Front Office Property Management System (PMS), Call Accounting, HSIA, PABX, and Food & Beverage Point-of-Sale (POS) systems-are available 24/7.
- Establish and maintain user procedures and hardware training for all systems.
- Implement and oversee system security protocols in alignment with corporate policies and compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate records of system files, software, hardware issues, and service requirements.
- Provide end-user support for all property applications, including back office, sales & catering, and human resources systems.
- Possess knowledge of hospitality-specific applications and interfaces (e.g., Opera, Delphi, Back Office, Spa, HR systems).
- Oversee network security and infrastructure, including:
- Hotel network support
- Active Directory maintenance
- Server and wired/wireless network infrastructure
- Implementation of network security tools (firewall, web security, multi-homing devices)
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Serve as a business partner, recommending and implementing technology solutions to enhance operations and efficiency.
- Negotiate and manage technology and data communications contracts, ensuring compliance.
- Maintain a harmonious and professional relationship with all departments and corporate offices.
- Provide direct guest and event support, ensuring seamless technology services for function rooms and conference spaces.
What You Bring
- Proven leadership experience in a resort or luxury hotel environment.
- Exceptional integrity and transparency in all operations.
- Minimum of five years' experience in hotel IT (one to two years as a Director of IT preferred).
- Strong project management skills and familiarity with hospitality applications (PMS, HSIA, POS).
- In-depth technical knowledge of hotel systems and operations.
