A Day In The Life...
- Develop and execute a scalable IT strategy aligned with company's growth objectives and evolving operational needs.
- Operate as an individual contributor while establishing the foundation for a future IT team.
- Assess, implement, and optimize ERP systems to enhance efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, network security, and cloud-based solutions to ensure business continuity and cybersecurity compliance.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to modernize systems, improve automation, and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify technology opportunities that support business expansion and cost efficiencies.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investments to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with business priorities.
- Develop and implement best practices for data security, disaster recovery, and IT governance.
- Provide technical leadership and support for cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless IT operations across the organization.
- Establish and monitor key IT performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and system reliability.
Skills You'll Need To Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, preferably in a manufacturing or high-growth environment.
- Proven ability to operate as both a strategic leader and hands-on contributor in a fast-scaling organization.
- Must have multi-site experience.
- Must have experience hiring and managing a team.
- Must have previous experience implementing and managing ERP systems, cybersecurity frameworks, and cloud-based solutions.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, data security, and compliance best practices.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong ability to adapt, build, and scale IT processes in a private equity-backed company.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a bias for action.
- Ability to navigate complex IT landscapes, vendor negotiations, and technology integrations.
