Program Director (Chinese Speaking)

Here we grow again!! We are looking for a Chinese speaking Program Director to lead our outreach, engagement, and patient support services for the Chinese-speaking community, patients, and families. Must speak Chinese.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage programs that support Chinese-speaking patients, families, and caregivers within the hospital and in the surrounding community
• Collaborate with medical staff, case managers, and social workers to coordinate culturally sensitive patient care and discharge planning
• Outreach marketing between the hospital and local Chinese organizations, senior centers, and community groups
• Assist with Chinese patient referrals to appropriate hospital departments or community services, ensuring language access and cultural understanding

Required:

• Fluency in Chinese and English required
• Experience working with the Chinese community for management or leadership role
