This leadership position is responsible for managing the design, execution, and communication of total rewards programs to ensure they remain competitive, fair, and compliant with all applicable regulations.

The Director of Total Rewards will play a pivotal role in aligning the company's compensation, benefits, and recognition strategies with business objectives to attract and retain top talent. This leadership position is responsible for managing the design, execution, and communication of total rewards programs to ensure they remain competitive, fair, and compliant with all applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Work closely with business leaders and HR teams to develop and implement total rewards strategies that align with company goals.
- Compensation Management: Lead the design, management, and analysis of compensation programs, including base salary, incentive plans, and the annual compensation cycle.
- Benefits Management: Oversee all employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, wellness, life insurance, and disability.
- Retirement Plans: Manage the company's retirement plan, ensuring competitiveness, vendor relationships, and plan design.
- Leaves of Absence: Ensure compliance with and oversee the administration of leaves of absence.
- Governance and Compliance: Maintain adherence to local and internal policies, ensuring all total rewards programs meet compliance requirements.
- Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Total Rewards professionals, driving program delivery and alignment with business needs.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use data to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the total rewards strategy, providing insights to leadership on trends and competitive positioning.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 10-15+ years in HR or Total Rewards, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial or director-level position.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical capabilities. Proficiency in Workday and advanced Excel skills.
- Retail Experience: Experience in retail is a plus, but not required.
- Experience with Workday
- Background in retail or related industries
- Tenure: Stability in previous roles, with a history of long-term employment.
- Personality: A dynamic, engaging individual who can confidently interact with senior leaders and team members.
