Who We're Looking For:
The Director of Total Rewards is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the full scope of the organization's total rewards programs. This position leads the design, implementation, and management of processes related to payroll, compensation, benefits, health and wellness initiatives, and the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President (EVP) of Human Resources, the Director ensures that reward strategies align with organizational objectives, drives data-driven decision-making, and cultivates a culture of employee well-being and engagement. Key responsibilities include optimizing compensation structures, ensuring payroll accuracy, enhancing benefits offerings, promoting health and wellness initiatives, and utilizing HRIS technology to streamline operations and reporting.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and develop the Total Rewards team to support Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, HRIS and Health & Wellness
- Oversee the payroll function, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations in each of the countries where RF-SMART operates (Currently US, UK, Canada, Spain, and Australia)
- Manage the UKG HRIS system, including the continued management of employee data, appropriate classifications, and designations, as well as data security.
- Provide analysis and input into compensation details including competitive, market-driven salary data, surveys, salary structures and comprehensive job descriptions supporting compensation recommendations, all in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Participate in annual strategic planning of benefits by executing open enrollment and managing vendor relationships.
- Oversee all international employment contracts, paperwork updates and benefits for the company.
- Proactively assess and respond to employee-related compliance risks for both domestic and international team members.
- Maintain our Employee Handbook and Guidelines, including annual training and point of contact for employee questions.
- Create an environment as trusted advisor to guide employees through any concerns, questions, or difficulties in relation to Human Resources and Total Rewards Programs
- Design and implement innovative HR service delivery models to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Develop and optimize HR processes through automation initiatives, including workflow automation, self-service tools, and digital solutions.
- Create comprehensive dashboards and reports to track HR performance metrics, employee engagement, and service delivery effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis and implement solutions to streamline HR operations.
- Partner with IT and other stakeholders to evaluate and implement HR technology solutions that support the service delivery model.

What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field and 10+ years' experience
- Compensation Professional (CCP) and Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) certifications or equivalent are preferred.
- Payroll processing the US and for foreign countries, preferably UK and Australia.
- Experience administering benefits plans and negotiating renewals.
- Proven history of success working in a fast paced, growing organization.
- Total Rewards Experience working within organization(s) with 300+ team members.
