Unit Description

Patina Restaurant Group is a leader in the premium segment of the restaurant and catering industry, operating restaurants and managing catering and food service operations at high-profile venues including, Lincoln Center, Walt Disney World, Disneyland, the Empire State Building, Grand Central Station, and The Metropolitan Opera. Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the VP of R&B, Directrs F&B operational training in all facets by way of Guest Path.
  • Manage opening time-lines, organize necessary resources, and ensure beverage compliance and quality assurance assessments
  • Conduct unit training for the Patina Restaurant Group subsidiary, focusing on driving results, building collaboration, teamwork, and talent development
  • Advocate and implement standards and guidelines for health standards, alcohol serving, front house operations, and sustainability
  • Oversee operational teams to address day-to-day challenges, streamline efficiencies, and enhance guest satisfaction using Review Tracker.
  • Works with operational teams to overcome challenges in day-to-day operations and streamlining efficiencies.
  • Build a learning culture by encouraging operational leaders to engage in professional and career development of team members through formal classroom activities as well as on-the-job training and support.
  • Programming and beverage compliance support.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 9 years of restaurant operational and training experience
  • At least 5 years of full-service restaurant experience.
  • Experience directing and strategically planning simultaneous successful projects with tight timelines and deliverables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and training skills.
  • Excellent team management and organizational skills including multi-functional roles and project sharing.
  • Proficiencies in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Prior experience in a guest service environment and multiple unit opening experience preferred.
  • Experience in a wide range of food and beverage environments such as quick service, fast casual and fine dining.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% including nights and weekends.
