Description:

The Director of Treasury Services is responsible for overseeing financial liquidity, risk mitigation and capital strategy, planning, and execution of daily and period-end treasury activities. This includes managing cash flow & forecasting, bank relationships, developing and maintaining treasury policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute day-to-day treasury activities.
Manage the company's cash flow and forecasting.
Identify cost-saving and profit-maximizing opportunities.
Ensure compliance with system and audit standards.
Monitor compliance with investment covenants and manage required reporting.
Manage banking and investor relationships.
Cash Management:
Managing organizational cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs.
Monitoring cash flows, projecting future cash requirements, and implementing strategies to optimize liquidity.
Manage the team that oversees all wire transfers and banking transactions.
Liquidity Management:
Developing and managing banking relationships.
Ensuring cash availability for payments and working capital requirements.
Analyzing various scenarios and risks and reporting to senior management
Treasury Operations:
Managing US government cash inflows.
Managing a line of credit with banks.
Developing and maintaining global treasury policies.
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Collaboration:
Working closely with the CFO, Controller, and other finance team members.
Coordinating with other departments, such as finance and accounting.
Creates and maintains a satisfying workplace that fosters professional growth and job satisfaction.
Engage staff and other stakeholders in continuous improvement of systems and processes.
Maintaining strong relationships with banks and lenders.
Other Duties:
Organizes and prioritizes time and resources to manage efficiency.
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Implementing new banking technologies.
Prepares and delivers reports to operational leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
Master's degree in business or healthcare administration preferred not required.
Seven years of progressively responsible treasury experience.
Three years in a managerial position in a system healthcare or corporate treasury environment preferred.
Knowledge of treasury services, investing, banking, bond issuance, financial disclosure/reporting, and GAAP accounting principles.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
Experience in healthcare administration
Advanced analytical skills
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong understanding of treasury functions, cash management, and financial risk management.
Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
Ability to develop and manage banking relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and policies.
