Location: Buffalo and surrounding areas, NY

Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000

NOCO is looking for a Director of Windows & Doors to lead the development and execution of a new business division focused on energy-efficient windows and doors for residential customers. This role will be responsible for building and implementing a strategic business plan that expands NOCO's portfolio of products and services designed to help homeowners save energy and reduce costs.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have a passion for growing and a deep understanding of the steps to effectively build a Division from the "ground-up". If you have ever thought about running your own business, this position will be perfect for you. Working with the Marketing, Customer Service and Sales Support Teams, the Director will be responsible to build and implement a business plan that adds Windows and Doors to our portfolio of products and services that save our Residential Customers energy and money.

What You Will Do
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to establish and grow the Windows & Doors division.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, and Sales Support teams to drive awareness and customer engagement.
  • Build and manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and key partners.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations to position NOCO as a leader in energy-efficient home solutions.

What You Will Need
