Title: Director of Wireless Services

Effective Date: June 2024

Reports: Vice President of Operations

FLSA: Non-exempt

NATURE OF WORK:

The Director of Wireless Services will be expected to support key clients and partners work closely within the Vice President to achieve corporate objectives. This role will support strategy and business development, develop processes and systems, coordinate staff, and manage the workflow of Wireless Build Plans. This role will be focused on building service lines with the end goal being responsible for full Turnkey services including Site Acquisition, Design and Construction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Viewed as a subject matter expert within the Wireless Group with the ability to review, troubleshoot, and provide guidance to the execution of project scopes of work
  • Provide business development support for estimating, sales calls, trade shows, and general departmental strategy
  • Support the VP in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue generation
  • Monitor internal and vendor calls
  • Provide recommendations/suggestions for quality improvement and work efficiencies
  • Ensure all corporate policies and procedures are followed and contribute to company strategies and plans
  • Evaluate scopes of work and assess team ability to perform potential projects


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5 years' experience in project or program management
  • 10 years of experience relevant work experience
  • Strong people manager with ability to challenge and grow a healthy senior management team
  • Other related duties as assigned by Vice President
  • Exercise competent judgment and initiative in executing his or her responsibilities
  • Display excellent leadership, planning and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Provides support to Customer in a role of escalation
  • Prepare reports, forecasts, and budgets as required
  • Demonstrates the ability to think pro-actively with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Able to successfully pass a background check and drug screen


WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Estimated 80% of time in office or in appropriate work travel
