Heritage is looking for a dynamic and values-driven clinical supervisor to support our team of Outpatient Mental Health clinicians and leaders. This position will provide clinical and managerial oversight of our outpatient programs to assist them in providing quality services to individuals seeking mental health treatment. The ability to identify the program's strengths, areas of growth, and successfully implement trauma-informed trainings to improve service delivery is a necessity for this position.
This full-time leadership position, the Director of Outpatient Services, which oversees adult mental health treatment services including, but not limited to, the following programs:
The Director of Outpatient Services will provide supervisory and program oversight to key staff within all programs including the Program Manager of Outpatient Services, the Coordinator of Clinical Internships and the Coordinator of Specialty Courts. This position will lead internal workgroups, manage reports, prepare data that evaluates the effectiveness of services offered. The Director of Outpatient reports to Senior Clinical Leadership.

- Adult Outpatient Mental Health Therapy
- Telehealth Services
- Specialty Court Services (Drug Court, Mental Health Court, Adult Redeploy IL)
- Clinical Internships

Essential functions:
- Provides clinical direction to departments responsible for providing outpatient mental health/co-occurring services. This includes trauma-informed treatment, client engagement, and evaluation of program effectiveness.
- Evaluates and makes recommendations for professional development needs of the organization to ensure clinical team is adequately trained in a range of Evidence-Based Practices
- Develops a strategic plan for supporting the continued growth and expansion of outpatient services
- Conducts regular meetings with team members to discuss strengths, areas of improvement, and to support the professional development of mental health professionals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the program aligns with community needs
- Facilitates multi-disciplinary team meetings that fosters collaboration among clinical programs for the purpose of enhancing "whole-person" care
Experience and Skill Set:
- Master's degree in behavioral health as well as the ability to function as a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) as defined by Rule 132.
- Five years experience in behavioral health with two years of supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of Medicaid regulations, including Rule 132/140 and SUPR 2060
- Demonstrates support for the company's mission, vision, and values

- The ability to effectively communicate agency updates in a manner that creates buy-in and maintains strong working relationships with team members
- Valid driver's license, reliable means of transportation and proof of current automobile insurance are required.
