Description:
The Director, Partner Intelligence creates and leverages data, best practices, and case studies to drive innovation and improve client outcomes. These optimization strategies will expand the reach, engagement and monetization of our partner schools. This role will lead all business intelligence efforts, developing benchmarks for our clients and helping to position Sidearm, as well as Learfield, as a valued business growth partner.

Core Focus
- Translating data into insights and tangible recommendations to increase client engagement and facilitate growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team focused on business intelligence inclusive of, but not limited to, data analytics and research.
- Analyze platform and content performance data, as well as wider digital trends, to identify avenues for incremental client success.
- Guide strategic decision-making by developing and sharing case studies and benchmarks designed to address individual school needs. Examples include fan engagement comparisons, revenue growth scenarios, and content performance analysis.
- Contribute critical thinking and careful thought to consistently improve Sidearm's overall strategy and growth targets.
- Create and distribute best practice guides to educate partner schools on optimal strategies for reach, engagement and monetization. , and monetization.
- Conduct future-facing research on industry trends to aid our clients in being proactive and future-focused, both short- and long-term.
- Serve as the company subject matter expert on digital strategy, presenting insights to internal staff, clients and Learfield stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and/or strategic planning roles.
- Expertise in analyzing large datasets and translating insights into understandable and actionable strategies.
- Proven experience leading teams and delivering high-impact case studies and/or research.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and collaborate within matrixed organizations across various internal verticals.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly.
- Familiarity with digital engagement and monetization strategies.
- Background in the sports and/or technology industries preferred.
