Baptist Health is hiring a Director, Pediatric Critical Care to join the Nursing Administrative team at Wolfson Children's Hospital. This position is responsible for Pediatric Critical Care, Pediatric Cardio ICU, Pediatric ICU and the Pediatric Transport Team. The position is located in downtown Jacksonville, Florida.
This role will be responsible for leading the pediatric critical care teams for Wolfson Children's. They are responsible for the 24/7 operations and will lead a team of nursing leaders to provide evidence-based care. This role will partner directly with the medical directors of the various non-NICU critical care departments (PICU, CVICU, ECMO, etc.).
