ABOUT THE ROLE
The Director of Global Performance Creative is responsible for driving engagement and conversion for Peloton products through digital creative touch points. The person in this role obsesses over performance and understands how to plan, test, and optimize creative assets in order to drive results. They are steeped in creative best practices for media platforms like TikTok, Meta, and YouTube and know how to tap into relevant cultural trends to engage Peloton's target audience.
This role reports into the Senior Director of Media and Organic Discovery and will lead a team of three. They will work closely with external agency partners (creative + media) and cross-functional teams across the company including Creative, Product Marketing, eComm, Marketing Analytics, Music, and Legal.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes. Base Salary Range
$218,600-$284,200 USD

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Oversee global Connected Fitness and App performance creative strategy and execution
- Support annual and quarterly planning, ensuring that creative strategy and budget are optimized across channels and products
- Design performance creative global operating model
- Collaborate with Media, Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, and Growth Strategy to identify creative needs for always-on mid-funnel and conversion campaigns that align with marketing calendar and media targeting/tactics
- Brief internal creative/content teams, external agencies, and/or creators to deliver assets that will drive marketing engagement and conversion objectives
- Build and maintain rigorous testing roadmap to optimize creative portfolio
- Own creative measurement plan, KPIs, and reporting
- Lead team of creative strategists to deliver on goals
- Partner with eComm and CRO to develop and optimize landing page experience for paid traffic
- Present plans and performance updates to cross-functional partners and senior leadership
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- 10+ years of performance creative experience; deep understanding of platforms, digital creative best practices, creative measurement, and technology trends
- Proven track record of driving results; experience working for subscription company a strong plus
- Experienced team leader who knows how to motivate and support high-performing team members
- Analytical mindset and ability to identify data-informed insights
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent project management skills with attention to detail and organization
- Flexible mindset; comfort operating in a fluid environment
- BA degree required
