As a Director, Physical Security here at Honeywell,you will be responsible for developing and implementing Honeywell GlobalSecurity (HGS) strategies, policies, programs, and procedures, and drivingtheir implementation and maintenance across the operation and workplaceenvironments. Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of security witha particular focus on infrastructure and travel security, business continuity,and special projects.

You will work out of our Morris Plains, NJ Honeywell Hublocation on a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 remote).

In this role, you will have a significant impact on thesecurity and safety of our employees, facilities, and assets. You willcollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the implementation ofsecurity standards and procedures, provide training and guidance on securitymatters, and develop and manage security projects.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and implement HGS strategies across Honeywellfacilities
  • Maintain constant communication and liaison with theHoneywell Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) to ensure the safety ofHoneywell employees and business travelers
  • Coordinate with the Business Resiliency team to supportstrategic program areas, such as training, exercises, and site resilience
  • Provide training, advice, and guidance on travel safety,security, and loss prevention matters
  • Oversee the development and implementation of projectsecurity plans
  • Manage and lead the relationship between Honeywell GlobalSecurity (HGS) and the strategic business groups

YOU MUST HAVE:
  • 10+ years of commercial risk management experience in asenior role within an in-house security function or Cyber Security Managementfunction
  • 5+ years of experience in a regional, corporatemanagement position
  • Significant knowledge of security practices, specificallyfocused on infrastructure and travel security
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of thetime
  • Experience in working across multiple securitydisciplines with an understanding of international, cross-cultural businesspractices
