Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Network Engineering, Customer Support, and Marketing) to design and implement new residential internet services and features.
- Develop technical specifications and requirements for hardware (e.g., routers, modems) and service delivery platforms (e.g., provisioning systems, customer portals).
- Evaluate and integrate technologies such as Wi-Fi optimization, mesh networking, and smart home compatibility.
- Work closely with network operations to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of residential internet products.
- Analyze customer usage data and feedback to identify areas for improvement or new product opportunities.
- Support field teams and customer service with technical expertise, troubleshooting complex issues as needed.
- Conduct testing, validation, and quality assurance for new features or upgrades.
- Document product designs, workflows, and technical procedures.
- 3+ years of experience in a product engineering or related technical role, preferably in telecom or ISP environments.
- Strong understanding of IP networking, broadband technologies XGSPON, ethernet and Wi-Fi systems.
- Experience working with customer premise equipment (CPE), provisioning platforms, and monitoring tools.
- Proficient in translating product requirements into technical solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
