Tanner will lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for our innovative recognition and culture-building solutions. This role involves influencing product innovation and crafting compelling messaging, positioning our products effectively in the market, and driving demand through strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will thrive at gathering data to understand market trends, competitive dynamics and customer needs, as well as partnering closely with Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing teams to shape our roadmap and drive GTM efforts that deliver impact.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead and mentor the product marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute the master plan to introduce our products to the world and captivate our target audience to drive awareness, pipeline and growth.
- Market Analysis: Facilitate and support market research to understand customer pain points, the competitive landscape and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats and adjust strategies accordingly. Help us stay ahead of market trends and be the force driving continuous improvement in our marketing practices.
- Product Concept and Positioning: Act as an important influencer and consultant for our product innovation roadmap. Create and refine product positioning and messaging that differentiates our solutions in the market.
- Sales Enablement: Develop sales tools, training materials, and marketing collateral to support the sales team and drive product adoption.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, CS, sales and other marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing strategies.
- Customer Journey Mapping: Work cross-functionally to map the customer journey and develop compelling value propositions that differentiate our products and services.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with brand and content teams to create impactful marketing content, such as product demos, case studies, whitepapers, pitch decks, and other sales enablement materials.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and adjust tactics as needed.
- Preferred bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing products.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Exceptional cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong project management skills with attention to deadlines and pace of execution.
