If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.

Lucid is seeking a Director of Product Marketing who is deeply focused on guiding each product's success. In this role, you will own product marketing initiatives across the vehicle lines-working cross-functionally to shape compelling messaging, ensure market fit, pricing, execute successful launches, and manage each product through growth, maturity, and eventual phase-out. You will partner closely with engineering, marketing, design, program, sales, finance, and customer success to ensure every product meets evolving market demands, stands out from competitors, and consistently delivers outstanding value to customers.

You Will:
  • Oversee product marketing strategy from pre-launch, growth, maturity, and end-of-life stages, leading GTM strategies for new product launches, ensuring end-to-end alignment with engineering, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment with corporate objectives while tailoring strategies to each product's unique value proposition, target audience, competitive landscape, positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with the target audience.
  • Partner with the design studio and engineering teams to refine product features, options, accessories, and technical specifications in response to changing market demands and customer insights.
  • Collaborate with finance and sales to define pricing strategies at launch and throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Use insights to manage adjustments to packaging, bundles, and accessories to optimize revenue and maintain competitive positioning, driving continuous improvement.
  • Integrate market and customer feedback into ongoing product enhancements to drive continuous improvement and maintain a market-leading edge.
  • Partner with sales teams to create product-specific training materials, sales tools, and competitive analyses to effectively communicate each product's unique benefits and differentiators to customers.
  • Gather in-depth market intelligence-covering competitor analysis, buyer personas, segmentation, and industry trends-to guide strategic product decisions.
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer behavior, journey insights, and decision-making factors to continually refine product-market fit.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product marketing-such as market share, customer loyalty, and revenue growth.

You Bring:
  • 10+ years in product marketing or management, with at least 5-7 years in a leadership role, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in driving product marketing strategies, including strong collaboration with marketing, engineering, design, and sales teams.
  • Proven ability to recruit, mentor, and develop data-driven team in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
  • Aptitude for translating complex automotive technologies into compelling, customer-centric messaging.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics to inform strategy, measure outcomes, and refine go-to-market approaches.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence leadership, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders
