Job Description
  • Coach and support regional quality managers and quality field personnel and assist in prioritizing workload.
  • Provide technical expertise to operations, engineering, and field operations teams on quality-related matters.
  • Work with Operations leadership to align quality goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all oilfield industry requirements, including but not limited to AWS and NACE.
  • Review and advise on clients' quality requirements.
  • Develop, revise, and maintain weld procedures, ITPs, and PQPs.
  • Assist in the review and approval of job turnover packages.
  • Standardize, implement, and monitor quality management policies, procedures, processes, and templates across the organization.
  • Lead RCA efforts in identifying quality issues, develop correction action plan, and implement improvement tasks.
  • Act as a point of contact for key clients regarding quality-related matters.
  • Establish and track key quality performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of quality programs and drive performance improvement.
  • Analyze quality-related data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor key material management processes, including but not limited to expediting, staging, and MTR retention.
  • Assist in leading vendor audits to assess and ensure supplier compliance with quality standards and contractual agreements.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on quality performance, audit results, and compliance status to various stakeholders.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback and complaints to improve service quality and address any product/service deficiencies.

Requirements
  • Hold a current CWI certification from AWS.
  • Strong knowledge of oilfield coating requirements or certified NACE inspector.
  • 15+ years of construction experience in the oilfield industry.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Well versed in Microsoft Suite, Bluebeam Revu, and SharePoint.
  • 10+ years of experience in managing personnel and quality programs.
  • Experience in creating, reviewing, and revising weld procedures, ITPs, and PQPs.
  • USA work authorization required. Sponsorship not available.
