Overview

The Director, Residential Accounts will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and management of Empire's residential accounts, with an initial focus on the Lennar account. This role will evolve to oversee similar clients as the portfolio grows. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while seeking efficiencies to enhance team execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Pipeline Management:
  • Track upcoming projects and ensure all deliverables are met in a timely manner.
  • Proactively identify potential challenges and coordinate with internal teams to maintain project timelines.

Budget Management:
  • Build and maintain budgets for all projects, ensuring financial efficiency and accountability.
  • Monitor project expenditures and report on budget variances to stakeholders.

Design Management:
  • Oversee both internal and external designers, ensuring that all design deliverables align with client expectations and standards.
  • Conduct design reviews and provide training to maintain consistent quality across all projects.
  • Serve as the liaison between Empire's design team and Lennar, ensuring all project feedback is accurately captured, communicated, and incorporated into design iterations.
  • Advocate for Empire's design vision while balancing client requirements to achieve high-quality, cohesive project outcomes.

Client Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Empire's residential accounts, fostering strong client relationships.
  • Maintain a client-centric approach with a "client is always right" attitude to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Procurement Management:
  • Lead a team of Procurement Agents dedicated to residential accounts, providing guidance on project requirements, prioritizing workloads, and troubleshooting procurement challenges.
  • Ensure all orders are accurately processed and aligned with design specifications and project timelines.

Installation Coordination:
  • Ensure labor is organized for project installations and coordinate on-site execution with the installation team.
  • Provide real-time troubleshooting and strategic guidance during installation to ensure successful project delivery.

Quality Control:
  • Implement quality control measures to guarantee that all projects are designed and installed according to client standards and expectations.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance overall project quality.


Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within the residential construction, design, or real estate industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and client management skills with a customer-first mentality.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, including designers and procurement agents.
  • Strategic problem-solver with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for process improvement.
  • Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 (Based on Experience)
