About the Role

We're seeking a Director, Retail and e-Commerce who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take the reins of our merchandise and retail operations. As we prepare for 2026, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping a retail strategy that excites fans, drives engagement, and elevates our brand's presence. From curating must-have styles to designing immersive in-store and online shopping experiences, you'll oversee every detail to ensure our fans connect with the brand at every touchpoint. Responsibilities

Managing Owned Retail and Third Party Retail Partnerships & Operations:

  • Oversee the setup, staffing, and management of the stadium store and pop-up shops during games and events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with retail partners to ensure seamless operations and brand alignment.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring fulfillment, logistics, and customer service meet expectations.

Developing & Executing Merchandise Strategy:

  • Identify and curate product lines that reflect the Club's brand and resonate with fans.
  • Collaborate with designers, vendors, and internal teams to create merchandise collections.
  • Plan and execute drops, promotions, and exclusive stadium items to drive excitement and engagement.

Distilling Metrics and Trends:

  • Track and analyze performance data across e-commerce, stadium store, and pop-up shops to identify sales trends and customer preferences.
  • Prepare detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify opportunities for growth.

Desired Characteristics

  • 5+ years in retail, with experience in both e-commerce and in-store.
  • Deep-rooted connection to and understanding of Boston and its surrounding areas.
  • Experience in startups or the sports industry is a bonus.


Location & Availability

Currently in or willing to relocate to Boston; able to work in-person on a regular basis and attend events on nights and weekends from time to time as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation will consist of salary and company-sponsored benefits and will be commensurate with the experience of the selected candidate.
