SALARY: $151,200-$179,550, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Beyond Beer Director of Retail Planning plays a meaningful role in crafting strategic retail initiatives and ensuring executional perfection across national accounts. This position is responsible for business planning, performance management, retail analytics and tactical projects, all sought at delivering our commercial priorities. Success in this role requires outstanding organization, sophisticated data analytics expertise, confidence in delivering presentations and a collaborative approach to working with diverse partners.

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:

Strategic Planning
  • Lead channel specific business plans and annual budgets to deliver our commercial priorities.
  • Develop tools to identify business opportunities across retail channels and chain divisions. Utilize data sources, such as Circana, Numerator, HERO and PowerBI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve retail execution

Performance Management
  • Measure national chain performance against critical metrics and commercial goals
  • Identify gaps and collaborate with channel leads to take corrective action
  • Develop comprehensive performance reports, tools and insights to guide strategic directions
  • Build compelling presentations that clearly communicate results and business opportunities

Project Management
  • Lead monthly Retail PRs and MEGA Cascades
  • Track and communicate yearly KPI results across retail channels
  • Lead Beyond Beer Sales, Travel & CRM Budgets
  • Support retailer meeting content development
  • Own Ad-Hoc projects to answer business-critical questions


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years field sales or National Accounts experience with in-depth knowledge of the alcohol industry.
  • Expertise in data analytics and proficiency applying insights into actionable retail strategies
  • Budget management experience
  • Project management experience
  • Expertise in Circana, Numerator, Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI
  • Effective communication, administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to work cross functionally with sales, commercial, marketing, brand, and category teams to develop retail strategies
  • Ability to multi-task with numerous partners
  • Ability to prioritize deadlines and tasks
