Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment in our Florence facility, but may be fulfilled remotely based on circumstance. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines which create low-moderate noise.

Expected Hours of Work
This is a salaried, exempt level, full-time position with standard working days/hours of Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm with overtime as necessary to complete required tasks. Actual working hours may vary.
Travel
Travel is moderate, but may be expected at request of customer or as aid to the DSS staff or sales force. Travel to Germany or other international locations possible for training/conferences. Anticipated travel is 50% - 75%.

Optimize KraussMaffei's aftermarket portfolio by identifying customer challenges and innovating new solutions that meet their needs.
Essential Responsibilities
- Analyze KraussMaffei installation base to identify customers that would benefit from customized reliability packages that leverage KraussMaffei's aftermarket portfolio to improve customer operational performance and equipment availability.
- Analyze KraussMaffei installation base to identify customer equipment with obsolescence risk and propose upgrades and retrofits that improve performance and increase equipment useful life remaining.
- Assess and recommend improvements to KraussMaffei's aftermarket portfolio, with a goal of solving customer challenges and winning more business for KraussMaffei.
- Monitor open parts, service, and digital products quotation backlog to identify and engage with existing leads.
- Engage with customers to develop leads identified by cross-functional team into quotations and proposals.
- Create proposals for customized reliability packages using SAP system.
- Communicate opportunities identified and project backlog with new machine sales and DSS group to ensure organizational alignment and resource availability for successful project execution.
- Stay aligned with customer, customer service, and field service throughout project lifecycle to ensure successful outcomes for both customer and KraussMaffei.
- As needed, travel to customer site to educate and demonstrate value of Krauss Maffei aftermarket portfolio.
- As needed, travel to customer site to support the New Machine Sales and Customer Care Team.

- Can execute standardized order to cash process for parts and service, through SAP.

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or Business Management preferred.
- Associates degree and/or 3 - 5 years of related experience or training, and / or equivalent combination of education and experience may be suitable, based on hiring manager's discretion.
- Proven track record for working with and motivating others
- Strong experience in management software (i.e.: MS Office, SAP)
