ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Director of Sales, LATAM, is responsible for expanding Division-D's presence in the Latin American market. This involves prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with brands and agencies targeting Spanish-speaking audiences in both the US and LATAM. The ideal candidate should be bilingual, have experience in digital media sales, and possess established relationships with brands and agencies in LATAM.

The Director of Sales, LATAM, is responsible for expanding Division-D's presence in the Latin American market. This involves prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with brands and agencies targeting Spanish-speaking audiences in both the US and LATAM. The ideal candidate should be bilingual, have experience in digital media sales, and possess established relationships with brands and agencies in LATAM.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with Division-D leadership on strategy for expanding company's footprint in the LATAM market
- Identify prospects and navigate full sales cycle to close new business with in-house brand and agency clients
- Build strong relationships with both brands and agencies to ensure long-term success
- Advise clients on industry trends and continuously pitch strategic campaign ideas
- Work with internal Client Services, Media Strategy and Account Management teams to build custom plans and exceed client expectations

Requirements
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of digital media sales experience, 2+ years in LATAM market
- Fluent in English and Spanish with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to work independently
- Proven success in completing full sales cycle
