Are you a dynamic telecommunications professional seeking a new opportunity? If so, come join our dynamic Services Team as our new Director for Site Development, where you be an integral part in leading strategic planning and ensure successful project completion.
Location: Seattle, WA | Los Angeles, CA (This position will require being base in or near specified region)
Employment Type: Remote | Full-Time | Exempt

What you will do:
  • Manage company-wide initiatives and strategic planning that help achieve long-term operational goals.
  • Responsible for all site acquisition aspects of infrastructure development.
  • Negotiate lease agreements with potential property owners and landlords.
  • Conduct site inspections and assessments.
  • Collaborate extensively with all levels of the organization as well as clients.
  • Coordinate with local government authorities to obtain necessary zoning approvals and permits.
  • Prepare and submit applications for zoning and building permits.
  • Participate in zoning hearings and any necessary community meetings as needed.
  • Develop, manage, and continuously monitor project plans, schedules and budgets for site activities and project timelines.
  • Communicate all project updates to stakeholders in a timely manner, troubleshoot and resolve any constraints as needed.
  • Oversee full aspects of construction, installations and inspections of wireless infrastructure at approved sites and ensure construction activities adhere to design specifications, quality and safety standards.


What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in telecommunications site development.
  • Demonstrated experience in construction management.
  • Strong knowledge of land-use planning and federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Proven expertise in project management and leading wireless telecommunications teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to travel within the U.S. up to 25%.
