Position Summary...
Leads relationship across multiple stakeholders to drive improvements in driver data reconciliation, data quality concerns, and driver adjudication related to ineligibility
Partner with IROCC to establish KRI recommendations and develop compliance monitoring dashboards focused on driver onboarding, active driver monitoring, and deactivated driver trends
Leading engagement/relationships with LMD business, product, and compliance teams related to driver data management

What you'll do...

As a member of the Delivery Compliance team, you will drive the development, implementation, and maturation of the Delivery Compliance Program. You will own relationships with applicable stakeholders to understand new and enhanced offerings, liaise with subject matter experts and legal to provide guidance to stakeholders, identify risks and risk-mitigating controls, and ensure appropriate standards, policies, and controls are documented and monitored.

The Delivery Compliance team is responsible for the governance, collaboration, risk identification, and compliance program implementation within the spark delivery business segment, which includes independent gig workers on the Spark platform and delivery as a service.

What you'll do:
  • Drive and mature the execution of compliance programs for the Delivery business by responding to compliance questions and issues; and developing and enhancing standards with input from stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with and communicate information to impacted stakeholders - including subject matter experts, legal, business teams - and monitor compliance controls.
  • Cross functionally drive the development and implementation of solutions to mitigate risks and/or mature compliance programs.
  • Lead the execution of multiple projects by identifying cross functional compliance needs; collaboratively developing implementation plan(s), developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability.
  • Lead specific Delivery Compliance objectives while recommending and developing strategies for program improvement.


What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in operational management, compliance, legal, privacy, or related field and 3 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, internal audit, or related area OR 6 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, internal audit, or related area.
  • Experience at a delivery network company is preferred.
  • You are organized, disciplined, and can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • You're a self-starter that can operate in a complex collaborative corporate structure with multiple stakeholders.
  • You're process-minded and look for opportunities to streamline for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
  • You have experience creating/updating and maintaining policy, procedure, standard and process documents.
  • You have effective communication skills with an ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders and partners.
  • You are a team player who has experience working in cross-functional teams within a matrixed environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
