Position Summary:
This leader will assist the CFO, SVP and VP of Finance on strategically important (top priority) initiatives/projects that span the CHST enterprise. Responsibilities include the successful program management and execution of identified transformational initiatives that support CHST's ability to achieve its strategic and financial objectives. This leader must exhibit strong change management and analytical problem-solving skills as well as possess the ability to influence at all levels of the enterprise to build value and scale for the organization. Additionally, this leader will provide leadership within the CHST corporate Finance division.
This is a remote position. Individuals must be a resident of the state of Texas.
Highlighted Responsibilities:
* Lead and optimize Service Line reporting while driving the expansion of additional service areas.
* Align transformation projects with key business strategies through comprehensive financial analysis, process improvement methodologies, organizational readiness assessments and stakeholder engagement.
* Deliver financial impact evaluations and pro forma analyses to support provider workforce planning and decision making.
* Provide strategic leadership and collaborate with Strata DSS source system teams to ensure the accuracy, integrity and reliability of reports and analyses.
Work Experience:
* At least 5 years related experience with healthcare finance along with relevant management / supervisory experience required
Education:
* Four-year bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
* Graduate or professional work or advanced degree; or equivalent experience preferred
