Your Role:
The Director of Thought Leader Liaisons (DTLL) leads a team of experts to enhance EMD Serono's reputation in the Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and neurology markets. Key responsibilities include executing long-term account plans, improving customer satisfaction, strengthening Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships, and delivering superior service to MS Centers nationwide. The DTLL acts as the primary liaison between customers and the company, facilitating collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Managed Markets to address account needs.

Your Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate a strategic vision for the TLL team, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
- Build strong relationships with the MS/Neurology medical community and cultivate KOLs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on objectives and clear information exchange.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, disease states, and market dynamics to drive KOL adoption and MS Center loyalty.
- Lead and motivate the TLL team, define objectives, allocate resources, and monitor activities.
- Hire top talent and provide ongoing coaching and training to ensure team success.
- Plan and execute neurology congress meetings and manage speaker bureau activities.
- Oversee regional budgets, ensuring proper resource allocation and compliance with guidelines.
- Identify market opportunities and participate in strategic programs to capitalize on them.
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 7 or more years in field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical roles in pharmaceuticals/healthcare.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to influence without authority.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; able to manage multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in MS, neurology, and specialty biologics markets.
- Background in pharmaceutical marketing, market analysis, and project management.
- Experience in institutional sales or large account selling is a plus.
- Knowledge of managed care and reimbursement strategies.
- Proven track record of managing a marketing or specialty sales team.
