Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development:
- Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and development for regional sales teams.
- Ensure a high-performing team by setting clear goals, fostering accountability, and driving engagement.
- Develop and execute hiring and succession planning strategies.
Sales Strategy & Client Engagement:
- Lead sales efforts aligned with strategic growth plans and targeted markets.
- Actively engage with the field sales team through joint sales calls and market visits.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.
- Regularly analyze sales performance and implement strategies to enhance results.
Data & Technology Proficiency:
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to optimize sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM platforms to track pipeline development, client engagement, and performance metrics.
Brand & Customer Experience:
- Maintain the Perennials and Sutherland aesthetic and service culture across all showrooms.
- Ensure all client touchpoints reflect the company's brand standards.
- Partner with marketing to develop client acquisition and retention strategies.
Operational & Financial Management:
- Oversee showroom operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with corporate goals.
- Monitor and protect company assets, inventory, and loss prevention practices.
- Report regional performance and progress to sales targets regularly.
Growth & Market Expansion:
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach.
- Lead new showroom openings and ensure seamless execution.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitive positioning.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in trade sales, luxury furnishings, or related industries.
- Strong ability to drive sales, manage teams, and develop client relationships.
- Data-driven mindset with Salesforce proficiency and the ability to leverage analytics for business growth.
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly to support market needs.
