The Opportunity

• Work with AESARA, a digital-forward value and access agency - impacting healthcare decision-making to improve people's lives.
• Lead project team execution balancing technical expertise, strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, interests in digital applications.
• Bring expertise in HEOR / Market Access strategy and communications, HEOR research methodology and stakeholder insight generation to drive excellence.

The Director, Value Evidence Team is a member of the Value and Evidence Team responsible for driving the high-quality technical execution of HEOR, Value, and Access projects including integrated evidence planning, RWE strategy development, systematic literature review, proactive outcomes research messaging to external stakeholders, advisory board planning and execution, etc. The Director will:

• Independently manage the technical execution of AESARA's projects with timely and high-quality deliverables
• Provide strategic direction to clients
• Lead projects effectively to meet timelines and budget
• Communicate clearly and impactfully, as she/he will be the face of AESARA with clients
• Work collaboratively with colleagues in the Value & Evidence team and with the other functions
• Act as a mentor for junior colleagues
• Identify opportunities, processes and methods to improve effectiveness and/or efficiency of the Value Evidence Team.
• Develop AESARA's organization by providing input into the building and shaping of the organization.
• Contribute to the development of AESARA digital solutions by using technical expertise in a lead role.

Qualifications

• Graduate level education and 8-10 years relevant experience in biotech and/or pharmaceutical industry
• Proven technical capability to conduct and deliver high quality HEOR / Market Access research
• Ability to deliver impactful HEOR, value & access input and insight across the development and commercialization lifecycle
• Demonstrated experience in development and execution of HEOR deliverables such as, RWD studies, economic models, PROs, value dossiers and/or value communications materials
• Expertise in the development of evidence-based value propositions, clinical development value measurement strategies, value evidence generation plans and/or a variety of European HTA, price & reimbursement processes
• Ability to understand, synthesize and communicate research to a variety of stakeholders
• Solid track record of managing client relationships
• Adept in producing clear and professional MS suite outputs (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong collaborator, a self-starter and independent thinker
• An entrepreneurial mindset that is flexible, willing to problem solve and stretch out of comfort zones
• A critical thinker, able to challenge conventional thinking and solve complex problems
• Prepared to work in a flexible, fast-moving, timeline-oriented environment
