Eliot is seeking a Licensed Clinician for the Director of Youth & Family Services. This person oversees our In Home Therapy Program , Youth & Family OP & Therapeutic Mentoring Program. You will have at least 5 years of exp. in the field & at least 3 years of managerial/supervisory exp. Strong diagnostic & organizational skills & ability to provide short term solution based treatment.

Our Child, Youth and Family Behavioral Health Services encompass multiple service systems that include: Intensive Care Coordination, Family Support and Training, In-Home Therapy, Therapeutic Mentoring, Outpatient Counseling and Psychiatry, and other community based programming. Service delivery is collaborative, family driven and youth guided, with a focus on individual and family strengths, needs, and preferences.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical, administrative and supervisory guidance to the clinical and administrative staff.
  • Recruit, hire and evaluate assigned staff to provide services that are community and home based.
  • Provide regular individual and group clinical supervision for assigned staff.
  • Provide on-going supervision, guidance and feedback to include evaluation and as needed disciplinary action.
  • Act as liaison to other service providers such as schools, outpatient treatment providers, state agencies such as DCF, Emergency Services and CBHI services.
  • Develop and maintain on-going professional and collaborative relationship with CSA and other local CBHI services.
  • Create a sense of team and support among all child and adolescent providers.
  • Market, develop and maintain relationships with school systems and other referral sources in the area.
  • Provide consultation and training to community partners and Eliot staff as needed.
  • Coordinate internship program for child and adolescent clinical students.
  • Serve as member of the Multi-disciplinary team each week.
  • Provide staff orientation and training on program requirements, policies and procedures.
  • Assist with and participate in strategic planning for the outpatient clinic and children/adolescent services.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9a-5p

Compensation: Salary based on experience
