Responsibilities:
Oversee the administrative aspects of the program
Provide accurate and timely program data to relevant state entities
Utilize technical skills to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the program
Engage in recruitment activities to attract new students and community members to the program
Provide instructional guidance within the program, without assuming a teaching role
Leverage tools like Adobe Acrobat, Cisco Webex Meetings, and CRM to facilitate program operations
Manage the use of computer programs such as Dojo and About Time to streamline processes
Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders to maintain strong relationships
Deliver excellent customer service to all program participants
Handle accounting functions as needed to maintain financial integrity of the program
Requirements
Must possess proficiency in Adobe Acrobat for document management and editing.
Should have experience with Cisco Webex Meetings to effectively manage remote meetings and webinars.
Must be familiar with a variety of computer programs to assist with daily tasks and operations.
Demonstrated experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools to manage and analyze customer interactions and data.
Knowledge of Dojo, a modern, high-level, dynamic, untyped, and interpreted programming language, is required.
Familiarity with About Time for effective time and attendance tracking.
Must understand and be able to perform accounting functions to ensure accurate financial operations.
Should be capable of managing attendance records for staff and students.
Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with staff, students, and parents.
Must possess strong customer service skills to ensure satisfaction of all stakeholders.
