This role will bring Digital depth and thought leadership with respect to disruptive strategy, digital customer engagement and experience, data and analytics, digital business operations, and next gen technology capabilities, including understanding emerging ecosystem/industry trends and directions; assessing business issues and related IT implications; and working to integrate into the overall Future of Business perspective.
This position also provides consulting, guidance and expertise on digitally fueled transformation, strategy and capabilities to Our client ISUs/clients. The role develops business solutions that leverage a broad set of Our client capabilities and manifest themselves through the seven C&SI strategic offerings.

Responsibilities of Role
Contributing to overall future of business thought leadership and perspective
Leading/establishing vision and strategy pertaining to the Digital transformation piece of the Future of Business focus
Assessing and developing organization capabilities to execute
Participating in marketing/analyst/speaking/blogging opportunities to help position Our Client brand in this space.
Participate strategic digital consulting engagements for clients
Thought leadership - contribute to the ongoing development of thought leadership that supports the elevation of the Our client brand in the market place
"Qualifications
Current knowledge and experience in several core digital areas: Web/eCommerce, Social Media/Networking/CRM, Customer Experience, Innovation/Collaboration/Crowdsourcing, Mobile, Community, Search, and Gamification.
Demonstrated innovation and thought leadership in these areas.
Compelling communications skills: interpersonal, written, spoken.
High business acumen and ability to interact with senior business executives.
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong facilitation skills.
Worked with large organizations to define their digital direction.
Have demonstrated capability to engage and influence 'C' level executives
Formulated detailed business cases for what and how an organization can achieve its digital goals
Integrated creative and innovative ways to position a strategic direction
Knows how to bridge strategy to planning, development and implementation
