KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Operational Excellence:
- Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to support smooth and efficient restaurant operations
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational regulations and standards
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures and training materials Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and support restaurant management teams to achieve operational goals
- Provide ongoing coaching and professional development to team members
- Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven work culture
Restaurant Performance:
- Analyze restaurant performance data to identify trends and areas of opportunity
- Develop and execute strategies to drive profitability, increase guest satisfaction, and enhance overall performance
- Maintain high standards for service, food quality, and cleanliness across all locations
Innovation and Improvement:
- Identify and adopt new technologies or processes to enhance operations
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to maintain a
competitive edge
Financial Management:
Manage operational budgets and control costs across all units SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Associates or Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Experience: Proven experience in multi-unit restaurant operations with a
history of successful leadership - Leadership: Strong leadership, team-building, and people development
skills - Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Language: Bilingual English and Spanish (preferred)
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional
projects from start to finish - Knowledge: Deep understanding of restaurant operations, food safety
protocols, and quality assurance
