Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. Job Description:
Math Made Simple, a leading franchisee of Mathnasium with 11 locations across Texas and Tennessee, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to oversee five of our centers. The District Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the successful operation of these centers by focusing on education quality, business performance, and financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all centers maintain high standards of math instruction in line with Mathnasium methodologies.
- Provide support and guidance to Center Directors and Instructors to continuously improve educational outcomes.
- Implement and monitor training programs for staff to enhance their teaching skills and effectiveness.
- Supervise all operations of the assigned centers to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive enrollment and retention rates.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to Center Directors.
- Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for each center to ensure financial targets are met.
- Analyze financial reports and develop action plans to address any issues or opportunities.
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial planning activities for the centers.
- Set budgets for the centers and ensure they are adhered to.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in multi-unit management, preferably in the education or retail sector.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple locations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and make sound business decisions.
- Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
