Primary Responsibilities
- Assist retail network in aftermarket support activities with focus toward overall end-user satisfaction with Company products.
- Ensure that the retail network is focused on service market awareness, customer satisfaction, and retention.
- Act as a primary after-market contact between Company and the retail network.
- Stimulate growth in Company parts, service and fleet management programs through interactions with both retail network and Company end users.
- Promote new Company parts and service products/programs through hands-on training of retailer personnel.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5-7 years related experience
- Associate degree (Business, Engineering, Sales, Marketing)
Non-degree considered if 6+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
- Extensive travel (over 20%)
- Extensive overnight stays (over 20%)
- Job requires employee to drive a personal vehicle to conduct company business < 20% per week (8 hours) and/or travel locally between company locations during scheduled workday
Preferred Qualifications
- A four year degree, preferably in business or engineering, or equivalent field experience in sales, marketing or customer service is required for this position.
- The incumbent should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, and problem solving skills.
- New equipment sales experience is desired.
- The position requires over 50% travel.
- Bilingual candidate (Spanish - English)
