Motion: Repetitive hand motions; frequent keyboarding and use of mouse; occasional reaching; may also require climbing stairs and reaching over head
Lifting: Frequent moderate lifting and carrying (up to 35 pounds). May require occasional heavy lifting and carrying (35-50 pounds)
Environment: May work prolonged or irregular hours; frequent district wide travel; all campuses are temperature controlled with hard surface floors
Mental Demands: Work with frequent interruptions; maintain emotional control under stress

2024-2025 Salary Range Min. $68,368 Mid. $81,643 Max. $94,918 (Based on previous experience)
2025-2026 Salary schedule with 3% of midpoint increase approved by the Board. Salary schedule soon to be released.
Salary is based on working the full contract of 235 days; incomplete contracts (working less days) would be less compensation.

Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
- Bachelor's degree in education, research, instructional management with demonstrated technical experience in assessment, educational practices and instruction
- Valid teaching certificate
Special Knowledge/Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and data management required
- Knowledge of the state testing program and accountability systems
- Knowledge of state databases and assessment platforms such as Cambium and SchoolCity
- Ability to use student test data systems and software programs to create reports, databases, and present data and student achievement related information
- Ability to develop and deliver training to adult learners
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented and able to handle deadlines
Experience:
- Five (5) years' experience in assessment management and data analysis preferred
Testing
- Support the implementation of procedures for ensuring security and confidentiality of state-mandated testing programs and other assessments. Direct and oversee test implementation and monitor testing activities to ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines met.
- Provide timely support for campus and district teams in assessment analysis and data-driven instruction.
- Support, identify investigate, and address testing irregularities. Report discrepancies and disciplinary actions taken against students as required.
- Support and manage the use of district assessment data to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of instructional programs.
Recordkeeping, Reporting, and Inventory
- Maintain and ensure integrity of testing data. Ensure all materials and data are submitted within established timelines.
- Complete evaluation and compliance reports as required by district, federal and state programs.
- Track, monitor, and support the assessment program throughout the distribution, return, and storage process.
- Compile, maintain, file, and secure all reports, records, and other required documents.
Professional Growth and Development
- Attend professional workshops, conferences, and meetings pertinent to assessment and data analysis.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of training for district and campus test administrators to ensure that assessments are conducted, procedures are consistently followed, and results are being reported in a timely manner.
Analysis and Collaboration
- Develop and distribute statistical studies, analysis, assessment, and evaluation reports as required.
- Work with instructional teams to analyze test data and develop student achievement goals and objectives.
- Consult with district staff to develop, administer, and interpret assessment guidelines, procedures, and results.
Other
- Follow district safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Maintain an appropriate level of technology competence to meet the current and future needs of Alief.
- Implement alternative methods of instruction as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
