We have an opportunity for a Division Manager. We are seeking a strategic and resourceful leader who will provide judicial support and oversee administration for the Riverside Superior Court. The ideal candidate will possess either(1) Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university andtwo years of experience in an equivalent operational management or supervisory position, preferably in a court environment or (2) High school diploma/GED and six years of experience in an equivalent operational management or supervisory position, preferably in a court environment.

Selection Procedures:

Step II: Those candidates who meet the minimum qualifications may be reviewed by the Subject Matter Expert. Successful candidates may be invited to participate in the oral interview.
Step III: Candidates at this step may be invited to complete an in-house written pass/fail examination to assess their knowledge, skills and abilities for the position; candidates must pass the assessment in order to advance to the oral interview.
Step IV: This step will consist of an oral panel interview (weighted 100%). Those candidates who are successful in the interview may be placed on an eligible list. Placement on an eligible list is not a guarantee of employment.
All candidates will be notified via email of their status at each step of the process.
Additional steps for the selection process may include a drug test, background and reference checks.

MEDICAL PLAN and DENTAL PLAN
The Court offers medical and dental plans.
Employees may waive the Court-offered Medical and Hospital Plan, if they provide proof of other current "group" health plan coverage.
MEDICAL FLEXIBLE BENEFIT PROGRAM
The Court contributes an amount each month, which is determined by the type of enrollment selected, on behalf of each regular employee in a paid status, who is enrolled in one of the medical and hospital plans provided by the Superior Court of California, County of Riverside.
Flexible Benefit contributions shall be reduced on a pro-rated basis for an employee working less than full time.
VISION PLAN
As a member of the Management Support group the Court pays for vision, up to full family coverage.
DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN
The Court contributes $50.00 per pay period to a 401A plan. There are two types of 457 voluntary enrollment plans available, which includes the Traditional and Roth plans.
ANNUAL LEAVE
Employees in this job class accrue annual leave; pro-rated if less than full time.
SHORT TERM / LONG TERM DISABILITY
The Court offers short-term disability/long term disability insurance.
LIFE INSURANCE
The Court, on behalf of the employee, pays a basic term life insurance and a basic Spouse/Dependent Life Insurance policy, if applicable.
RETIREMENT
Participation in Public Employee's Retirement System (PERS).

EAP is a benefit provided by Superior Court of California, County of Riverside for all employees.
