Job Description
Salary Rate: $200,000
- Use CRM systems to extract analytics and provide strategic direction using the metrics.
- Ability to use data and analytics from the Senior Lifestyle reporting systems to measure effectiveness of lead generation, lead development and conversion metrics.
- Develop strategic plans to achieve and exceed budgeted occupancy goals.
- Ability to provide analysis of metric data and where plans are falling short, re-visit and review existing occupancy growth plans making necessary adjustments that are designed to meet occupancy expectations.
- Adjust communication style to meet the needs of sales, marketing and operations partnerships.
- Understand how to analyze and establish rate structures within communities utilizing competitive data, feedback from the field teams and with this information develop the recommendations in partnership with operations.
- Manage direct reports effectively, providing feedback, direction, and guidance.
- Assess needs within the division and strategically deploy Sales Specialists to improve occupancy, training opportunities, and overall results.
- Travel to the field and interact with community associates, extract data from those interactions and partner to provide examples of best practices as well as build occupancy execution plans that create a structured plan for improvement.
- Work closely with the National Director of Marketing to assist in building plans and strategies that build effective media plans, lead generation, event planning, and conversion targets.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience within the Senior Housing industry
- You have compiled a solid track record of sales experience and success in achieving sales goals.
- You currently have a valid Driver's license.
- You are a road warrior; you are comfortable and content with consistent, constant travelling for business purposes.
- You are detail-oriented and take pride in crossing T's and dotting I's.
- You have an outgoing personality and enjoy communicating with co-workers from multiple departments, as well as prospective residents and their family members.
- You have a fluid and flexible communication style to meet the needs of sales, marketing and operations partnerships.
- You have excellent computer skills and are able to learn and navigate different software and applications easily.
- You have experience working with CRM software.
- You are experienced with rejection and use it to motivate you rather than deflate you.
