Looking for a senior BA to assist with new/existing projects.
Hybrid Telework Schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 days offsite. Parking is NOT provided for contractors

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Work with the Project team members and business stakeholders tounderstand business processes and pain points
Develop expertise in the customers' businessapplications
Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify systemgaps and deficiencies that require a business, technical or blended approachfor resolution
Diagram current processes and proposedmodifications using process flows, context diagrams and data flow diagrams
Discover and document requirements and userstories with a focus on improving both business and technical processing
Compose requirements and create clear, concise user stories that are easy to understand andimplement by technical staff
Utilize progressive elaboration; map storiesto technical design specifications to be used by internal staff to develop thesystem modifications
Identify and group related user stories to document the dependencies and associated business processes
Assist Product Owner in maintaining theproduct backlog
Propose alternative solutions that balancecost and benefit, and adequately test a solution's feasibility for business andtechnical compatibility
Collaborate with PMO and IM staff and vendor partners as they are engaged on tasks to formulate, detail and testpotential and implemented solutions.
Perform Quality Analyst functions such asdefining test objectives, test plans and test cases, and executing test cases
Coordinate and Facilitate User AcceptanceTesting with Business and ensure Project Managers/Owner/Leadership are informed of progress
Strong ability to deal with ambiguity, frequent change professionally, have interpersonal skills, communication, facilitation, and presentation (written, oral) skills.
