Position: Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) - Permanent, Full-Time

Are you a rehab pro with leadership superpowers? Can you juggle staffing, patient care, and team motivation like a pro? What You'll Do:
Lead an amazing team of therapists (think Avengers, but with PT, OT, and SLP)

Requirements:
Licensed Therapist (PT/OT/SLP) with leadership experience

Ability to balance patient care, staffing, and documentation (without losing your sanity)
Must be able to work in the beautiful Monterey, CA (tough gig, we know)
