We are searching for a highly talented and committed Key Account Manager with e-Commerce experience and B2B experience a plus. This person will drive category growth on e-Commerce while capturing higher than fair share for PROCELL and hitting profit targets. Individual will also be responsible for working with internal and external data to assess and guide pricing strategy, targeting strategy, business performance, KPIs and campaign performance (AMS, DSP & Promo). The position directly supports and reports to the Director, NA Professional Aftermarket.
In addition to the consumer business, Duracell also focuses on sustainable growth, industry-leading innovation and creating long term value for professional customers through our Duracell and PROCELL brands. In doing so, Duracell introduced the world's first professional dual portfolio design, specifically with professional devices in mind: PROCELL Intense for mid and high drain devices and PROCELL Constant for low drain devices.

Responsibilities
Business Management
- Accountable to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
- Ability to budget and forecast. P/L management a plus.
- Category Management and strong analytics supporting the business
- Collaborate to develop, sell, and evaluate business plans to exceed financial objectives.
- Contract management, manage spends and reconciliations, utilization of budget management tools
Portfolio Strategy
- Develop a portfolio strategy based on professional market, interactions with consumer market, product benefits and professional consumer understanding.
- Partner with R&D, Brand and PS for time-integrated planning of product introduction and execution
- Maintain a detailed understanding of market landscape, competitors, suppliers, distribution channels and competitive landscape.
- Plan, maintain and manage budget for PROCELL Amazon Business.
Sales & Marketing
- Develop and manage target surveys, analyze syndicated, panel & POS data, Identify SEO keyword trends, omni-channel purchase path, and customer reviews to create actionable recommendations.
- Full ownership of "digital shelf" at customer, search return and product ranking, DSP strategy and promotional strategy.
- Monitor key metrics using Amazon Analytics tools, Agency Tools, and external data sources
- Influence and align customer, internal teams and other segments on relevant programs and strategies.
Product Supply
- Collaborate with Demand/Supply Planning to build pipeline and 12 month rolling forecast
- Collaborate with brand protection team review of incoming and outgoing shipments of 3P sellers
- Understand Amazon supply requirements to prevent them from becoming barriers and leverage them to become Procell strengths.
Customer Service
- Program sell-in with customer, forecasting results, and ensuring customer "fit-for-use" (Net PPM%)
- Understanding and tracking of customer chargebacks with RMOs

Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of Category/Account Management with highly reputable company in the eCommerce channel, Amazon Business B2B experience is a plus.
- Business intelligence/analytics experience.
- Bachelor's Degree, Masters or MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record working with data and analytics. Pivot tables, excel.
- Proven track record of collaborating and working with a cross-functional team (Account Executives, Shopper Insights and Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning, Category Managers).
- Strong strategic and analytical thinker with proven capabilities of in-depth data analysis and turn into insights.
- Solid forecasting and financial skills for financial analysis and data-driven decision making (Vendor Central, ROI, P&L, Budget Management).
- Customer facing experience, with selling experience.
- Strong persuasive communicator (oral and written) with Customer and Company top management.
- Flexible and creative, entrepreneurial mindset
- Empowering individual contributor/ leader, collaborator and teammate.
- This position is remote however will require travel.
