Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emergency care for animals with acute and life-threatening conditions.
- Perform emergency surgeries and critical procedures to stabilize and treat patients.
- Administer medications, fluids, and pain relief to ensure patient comfort.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and progress.
- Maintain accurate medical records while collaborating with the veterinary team to ensure high-quality care.
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will be passionate about emergency medicine and committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care. The clinic values individuals who:
- Hold a DVM degree from an accredited veterinary school.
- Have 2+ years of experience in emergency veterinary medicine.
- Possess strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Are comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuing education and staying up to date with the latest veterinary practices.
