DW Architect

DATA WAREHOUSE ARCHITECT will play an instrumental role in helping leverage data assets effectively. The responsibilities of the Data Warehouse Architect include:

• Establish enterprise data warehouse solutions that deliver diverse reporting and analytic capabilities
• Work with hardware/software engineers, DBAs, application vendors and Technology services to ensure enterprise DW solutions are reliable, scalable, flexible and low maintenance.
• Demonstrates expertise in data warehouse concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Implement Data Warehouse solutions.
• Lead teams responsible for data architecture, data integration and business intelligence delivery.
• Provide consultation to customers and collaborate internally on complex projects as a top level contributor/specialist.
• Find creative solutions to complex and diverse business requirements.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
• Five or more years of experience in enterprise data architecture, data modeling, and or data quality management roles in large organizations
• Proven expertise with enterprise data warehouse design, ETL methods, data quality management, data architecture, data modeling and master data management
• Proven expertise designing and implementing data warehouse solutions at large companies, using tools such as Informatica, Oracle RDBMS, OBIEE, Oracle BI Applications
• Dimensional Modelling and DWBI Architecture - Experience in architecting data warehouses with large scale implementations to showcase focused on data integration
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills at all levels including verbal and email messaging
• Demonstrated ability to identify problems and devise solutions
• Manage concurrent assignments while meeting deadlines and ensuring quality execution
