Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing:

• Security role, business unit and user management.
• Understanding Azure Application Insights.
• Dataverse API and understanding exception and trouble shooting.
• Outlook app integration.
• XRM toolbox.
• Dynamics Plug ins trouble shooting.
• System jobs.
• Dynamics Marketing campaign management.
• Knowledge of HTML and Java script.
